Shipping. All you need to know

We currently ship to Canada, USA and the UK.

If your country is not on our list, then pleases contact us.  We will determine the postal charges and discuss with you via email the best shipping method and accurate billing. 

Also if you wish to order more then five pendants at one time, please contact us so we can arrange the best shipping method and accurate billing.

Dog Tag Companions accurately completes customs forms, therefore for those ordering from outside of Canada there is the possibility of customs charges.

Finally, Dog Tag Companions does not normally use courier companies due to the exhorbitant customs brokerage fees that they charge you (our customer) upon delivery.

Canada

Shipping within Canada is done by two methods: Letter Mail and Express Post.  The differences are as follows:

Express Post: is faster, gives you a tracking number, and costs more.

Letter Mail: is slower, does not give you a tracking number, and costs less.

Costs are: (in Canadian dollars)

Express Post (Atlantic Canada) $14.00 for 1- 2 tags. Next business day delivery.

Express Post (the rest of Canada) $16.00 for 1- 2 tags. Takes approximately 2 days.

Letter Mail (Atlantic Canada) $2.50 per tag for up to 5 tags.

Letter Mail (the rest of Canada) $2.50 per tag for up to 5 tags.

Shipping to the United States of America is done by two methods: Letter Mail and Express Post.  The differences are as follows:

Express Post: is faster, gives you a tracking number, and costs more.

Letter Mail: is slower, does not give you a tracking number, and costs less.

Costs are: (in Canadian dollars)

Express Post $18.00 for 1-2 tags. Takes approximately 7 days.

Letter Mail $3.50 per tag for up to 5 tags.
